I start the treatment with a replenishing Espsom salt oil scrub to remove older skin cells, improve nutrient absorption and allow the concentrated magnesium salts to penetrate the skins layers to soothe aches and pains, detox and lessen any leg cramping This is followed by a soothing peppermint, witch hazel and aloe leg wrap to cool the skin and help reduce any fluid build up. The treatment finishes with a deep tissue foot and leg massage with essetial oils of cypress, lemon, lavender and black pepper to improve circulation, reduce swelling, detoxify, and relax tired aching muscles.
