Shipping Policy

I aim to ship your product next working day by royal mail first class.  

I am a working midwife so on occasion this may not be possible, however I will send as soon as I am free to do so.

Return & Exchange Policy

I personally oversee the product packaging to ensure quality and consistency.

I am happy to refund an unused product in original state and packaging.

Due to infection control, I will not refund a product that has been opened

unless in the unlikely event of a product defect, I will of course refund.
