Treatments, Massage and Aromatherapy are purchased in advance via the shop page as you would buy a physical item.

Dates and times of treatments / massage / aromatherapy are to be arranged by email, text, phone or by using the online contact forms - please contact me in advance for availability.

For your safety and insurance purposes, a 'Pre-treatment consultation form' will be sent to you prior to your treatment by email / message and must be fully completed and returned via email / message or via the website at least 48hrs prior to your treatment.

Should I suspect a potential safety issue which may be a contraindication to your treatment, I will contact you via email, phone or message within 24hrs of you sending me your completed 'Pre-treatment Consultation Form' to discuss this further - In some cases this may necessitate a treatment alteration, and in some cases I may not be able to provide you with your chosen treatment, and may need to cancel your treatment.

**Providing the 'Pre-treatment Consultation Form' has been completed correctly, signed and returned to me at least 48hrs before your treatment time, and I have been able to contact and discuss your planned treatment with you (within 24hrs of receiving your fully completed form) on the phone number / email which you have provided - on the rare occasion where I do need to cancel your treatment on safety grounds, you will receive a full refund.

If the 'Pre-treatment Consultation Form' is not complete, signed and returned 48hrs prior to your treatment time, this pre-assessment will take place during your treatment time, which may shorten your treatment time.

*Please Note: if the pre-assessment is done during your treatment time (not 48hrs+ before), and I find that you have a condition which is contraindicated to your booked treatment, I may need to refuse all, or part of your treatment on safety grounds, in this circumstance, due to costs, I will not be able to provide a refund.

I reserve the right to refuse treatment (or parts of treatments) if I feel that you have a condition which may potentially be affected by the treatment or ingredients used in the treatment. - the preassessment form will usually flag up any areas which may warrant further discussion which is why it is essential that I receive this information 48hrs prior to your treatment.

Cancelleations must be made by via the website contact form

If you cancel your treatment via the contact form36hrs+ before your treatment time - a full refund will be given.

If you cancel your treatment via the contact form between 24hrs and 36hrs before your treatment time, a 50% refund will be offered, or I will rebook you at a later date (free of charge)

If you cancel your treatment via the contact form 24hrs or less before your treatment time, you will not be eligible for a refund

If I need to cancel your appointment - I will contact you via your provided contact details, and I will offer you a full refund or offer to rebook your treatment at a later date

By completing the 'Pre-Treatment Consultation form, you are allowing me to confidentially store your contact information, which I promise not to share with any third parties that are not directly involved in my business. - please see my privacy policy.
Personal health information will never be shared.

You are also giving consent for me to use your email / phone number to contact you regarding your treatment, and inform you of treatment times, ammendments or cancellations.
I may also send you special offers or information via email / message from time to time, however I will never spam you. And you may request to be removed from any emails/ messages at any time.
